Things I Carry With Me
I have some strange thoughts. I take comfort in the fact that every day I think things that no one has ever thought before. Sometimes when I'm walking, or driving on the parkway, cruising at 50 miles an hour I'll have a revelation. Thanks to this, I have a couple good one-liners. I'm making it sound like some existential experience (and I suppose in a way it is) but it can really be very mundane. Basically I thought I'd finally write them down so that people know that I said it first. This introduction has completely ruined the effect I was going for but here they are anyway. Are you ready?
"Optimists make the world a better place."
"The best advice I can give you is never fart in a revolving door."
Only two. You expected more? I'm sure there are more rattling around upstairs but these two resurfaced today, so I thought I'd write them down before I lose them again.
You heard it here first. And if not, let me know so I know who I'm plagiarizing.
